The heart of international gastronomy will beat in Lugano (Switzerland) on May 24, 2026 , when the spaces of LAC - Lugano Arte e Cultura will host the first edition
of THE GLOBAL TABLE LUGANO, an exclusive event, patronized by The Best Chef, dedicated to the evolution
of the world of cuisine and how the iconic role of the chef has changed over the years.

A day during which some of the most renowned innovative chefs, mentors and protagonists of the cuisine will bring to life an immersive experience made up of 5 masterclasses, 1 inspirational talk and 1 dinner party of excellence, in a journey that celebrates culture, technique, creativity and the profound connection with the Ticino region.

THE GLOBAL TABLE LUGANO was born with the aim of becoming a new point of reference in the international gastronomic panorama, a stage that unites global traditions, future visions and the extraordinary quality of local excellence.

TALK  "Heart, Commitment, and Future: The Human Journey Behind Cuisine" (from 05:15 pm to 06:00 pm) moderated byTHE BEST CHEF Joanna Slusarczyk and Cristian Gadau- Panel discussion and conversation with chefs, critics, researchers, and creatives to discover the experiences of great professionals on a journey where passion endures, evolves, and fuels change.
